Discover the secrets of artisan bread making on one of our Column Baker short courses and gain the skills and confidence you need to recreate our award- winning loaves from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Our Column Baker courses are delivered by our expert Head Baker who will guide you through the process step by step.

Introduction to sourdough

Advanced and specialist bread courses

All ingredients and use of professional equipment is included, and course sizes are kept small to allow for a more intimate baking experience!

Join us for some mulled wine, mince pies and baking with our festive bread-making course! Under the guidance of our Artisan Baker at award-winning Column Bakehouse, you will learn basic bread-making skills and take home your very own creations at the end of the session. What’s more?
